Happy Sunday!

Here I have a new card to share with you today!

First I added some Nuvo Shimmer powders on a piece of water colored paper and spritzed it with water. I let it dry for some time and used the feather die from Your Next Stamp to cut out the feathers. I really love the shimmer effect they have!

I added some gold splatters to the background and arranged the feathers on the card base.

Finally I used a pierced circle die to cut out the golden circle. The sentiment is from Create A Smile. I used foam tape for this circle to create some dimension.

Today I created this masculine card where I did an inlay technique.
I actually used some leftover pieces of cardstock for this card. I'm glad I save my leftover pieces for future projects because that way you can save on paper.

Birthday card for a 2 years old girl

Hi all!

I created this card for my niece who's turning 2 next week.
I based my design on the Inky Paws Challenge and made her a shaker card!

Almost 3 weeks of quarantine

Hi crafty friends!

How are you doing? It's been almost 3 weeks of quarantine here in Belgium and I can't be more thankful for my craft room and card making to keep me busy.
Today I created this sympathy card.

I wanted the lilies to be as soft as possible so the first layer I actually didn't stamp. The second layer is stamped with Altenew Blush ink and the third one with Altenew Rouge ink. The last layer is stamped several times with the same Rouge ink and this makes the middle of the flowers more darker.

For the leaves I used Firefly, Grass Field and Shadow Creek Altenew ink. I used the coordinating dies to cut the flowers and the leaves.

For the gray background I used gray cardstock and stamped the Leaves and Berries background from SSS with Versamark and heat set this with White satin pearl embossing powder.

The sentiment is from Clearly Besotted and is stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink.

Finally I adhered the card front to the card base and I adhered the flowers with foam tape for some dimension.

Hi crafty friends!

I made this get well card for my uncle who's in the hospital right now.

I first stamped the flowers with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored it with Copic markers. I used to coordinating die to cut it out.

Next I colored the background with the Altenew Liquid marble stencil and 2 distress oxide inks.
I used the Jumbo Peek-a-Boo Circle Window from MFT to cut out the circle and I used a rectangle die for the front card.
The sentiment is a combination of Carlijn Design and CraftEmotions and is heat set with white embossing powder.

Finally I adhered everything with foam tape to create some dimension.

Get Well

Happy Friday!

My card for today is a get well card.

I stamped the Crocus flowers with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with Copic markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

Then I die cut the window frame with the Jumbo Peek-a-Boo Circle Window from MFT. I stamped the background with the Old Handwriting stamp from Crealies and adhered everything.

Finally I stamped the sentiment from CraftEmotions with Versafine Onyx Black ink. It means 'get well' in Dutch.
