Rachel Vass Designs - Snowman

Happy Saturday!

There's no better time to create a snowman card than during this cold December month.

I created this card featuring the Snowman digital stamp from Rachel Vass Designs.

For my card I first created the background by coloring the non raised part of the Filigree Snowflakes embossing folder from SSS with Merman Lawn Fawn ink.

I then printed the snowflake background and matted this onto a piece of cardstock. I also used the print and cut function for the snowman and colored him with Copic markers.

Finally I die cut the 2 letters from Pinkfresh Studio, colored them with matching Copic markers and adhered them with foam tape to create dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Cool Penguins

Hi crafty friends!

This card features the Cool penguins digital stamp from Rachel Vass Designs.

I played with this cool penguin family in my Silhouette Studio and created a frame around it.
I used the print and cut function and colored the penguins with Copic markers.

Then I adhered the background, which is a design paper from Craft Sensations, onto the card base. Finally I added the frame with foam tape to create some dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Winter Flower Spray

Happy Sunday!

There's nothing more fun than a shaker card so I used Rachel's Winter Flower Spray digital stamp to create this one!

I first used the print and cut function in my Silhouette Cameo and colored it with Copic markers.

Then I stamped the sentiment from Altenew with black Stazon ink onto the clear acetate. When the ink was dry I adhered the acetate on the backside of the frame and added foam tape around it. I added the sequins and adhered everything together.

Rachel Vass Designs - Fall Trees

Today I'm sharing an autumn themed card I created with the Fall Trees release from Rachel Vass Designs.

For my card I used my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut the images and colored them with Copic markers.
I printed the sentiment from the same set on the card base and adhered the trees onto this card base with foam tape to create some dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Fall into Autumn

Hi all!

October is the perfect month to create an autumn themed card. This one features the Fall into Autumn release from Rachel Vass Designs.

I first played with the designs in my Silhouette Studio and used the print and cut function. Then I colored the leaves with Copic markers.

I colored the big circle die with Peeled Paint Distress Oxide ink and used it also onto the other 2 circles which I found in my stash.

I added some paint splatters onto the background and adhered everything witch foam tape to create some dimension.

Today I'm showing you a tropical card I made using a digital stamp from Rachel's July release.

I used my Silhouette Cameo to print and partially cut the digital image.
I colored it with Copic markers and on the inside I used 3 strips of washi tape in coordinating colors.

Hi all!

Today I have a card to share with you featuring the Thoughtful digital set from Rachel Vass Designs.

I first used the print and cut function in my Silhouette Cameo.
This time I chose not to color the flowers with markers but to fill them with colored stripes from fineliner pens.

I also added some black lines onto the card base. I adhered the card front onto the card base and adhered the flowers with foam tape to create some dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Happy Hydrangea

Hi crafty friends!

Today I'm sharing a card featuring an older design from Rachel Vass Designs called 'Happy Hydrangea'.

For this card I used my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut the flower as well as the sentiment. I colored the flower with Copic markers.

Then I used the Wonky Squares die to die cut the background and colored it with a light gray Copic marker.
I adhered it to the card base and adhered the flower on top with foam tape to create some dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Tumbling Leaves

My today's post features 2 cards I made with the Tumbling Leaves set from Rachel Vass Designs.

For the first card I colored the bottom part with Copic markers and used the Sizzix Tim Holtz 3D Botanical embossing folder for the top part. I also used my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut one flower from this set.
The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

My second card is a CAS card.
I colored the top part with Copic markers and printed the sentiment from this Tumbling Leaves set on the bottom part.
I also added a pink glitter strip to add some sparkle.
