Guest Designer of Colours & Sketches challenge #316

Today I'm sharing a card I created for the new sketch challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches.

This card is inspired on a swimsuit my sister recently bought for her daughter.  

I wanted to create a dotted background with irregular dots so I searched my stash and found the dotted stamp I wanted in the Favorite Flowers stamp set from SSS.
The flower is from Ellen Hutson and is cut out by hand.
