Rachel Vass Designs - Sketchy Rose Teacups

Hi crafty friends!

This card uses this month's new Sketchy Rose Teacups digital stamp from Rachel Vass Designs and I kept it clean and simple.

I wanted to keep it clean and simple so
I printed the image and the sentiment on a piece of cardstock and colored it with Copic markers.

I adhered the card front onto my card base and that's it!

Missees By Karin Joan - Van harte gefeliciteerd

Hi all!

Here I have a new card to share with you featuring the Missees products from Karin Joan.

I first stamped the floral border. I used the flowers from Betty and the nails from Tasha. I also added some golden sequins.

Then I used the Just Stitching Double Rectangles from Lawn Fawn, added the Missee from the Paper Elements (A5STANSBLOKKJ03) and stamped the sentiment (STAMPKJ11) with Antique Gold Altenew ink. I also added a small banner (A5STANSBLOKKJ04) in the right corner.

Finally I adhered a piece of patterned paper from the
Mixed Paper Pad (MPPKJ01) to the card base and adhered my card front on top of it.

Rachel Vass Designs - In Love Rose

Hi crafty friends!

Here I have a wedding card to share with you featuring the In Love Rose digital stamp set from Rachel Vass Designs.

I printed the no line version of the rose on watercolor cardstock and colored it with a red Zig marker.
I then used Versamark and gold embossing powder to create a golden border.

Next I printed the sentiment with my laser printer and used my laminator to add the gold foil. I also used the print and cut function in my Silhouette Studio to cut out the sentiment.
Finally I adhered the front panel to my card base and I also added the sentiment on top. I really like this shiny gold foil!

Here you can find a tutorial from Natasha Davies about foiling digital stamps.

Merry Christmas

Hi crafty friends!

This card features the Pine Blossom stamp and die from The Greetery. I'm a big fan of The Greetery, they have so many beautiful stamps and dies. It's a pity the import fees are so high here in Belgium.

Missees By Karin Joan - Steffi

Hi all!

My newest creation is a crazy quirky girl.
Funny and playful, but a truly shining pearl.
Mostly she is stuburn shouting out "it's my life".
But she is probably at home the most caring and loving wife.
You can only love her for whom she is,
Steffi is not a diva but a true Miss.

For this card I first stamped the head and upper body from Melanie. Then I stamped the pony tail from Miranda. I wanted a pony tail on the left and right side of this Missee but there is only one pony tail included. So I stamped the pony tail on a piece of scrap paper, cut it out by hand and used a Copic multiliner to go along the edges.

The eyes and mouth are from Miranda as well.
Then I colored her with Copic markers and stamped the sentiment which is from Tasha.

Next I wanted to create a frame so I partially cut her out. She is still connected to this frame at the top and bottom.

Finally I adhered a piece of patterned paper from the Mixed Paper Pad to the card base and used foam tape to adhere the Missee with the frame to create some dimension.

Happy Holidays

Happy Sunday!

After the Blue & Silver Christmas card I created yesterday, I now made a Red & Gold Christmas card.

I first stamped the snowflakes from SSS with Blush and Velvet Altenew ink.
Then I used pinky shears from my daughter to create a scalloped border on a strip of red cardstock. I adhered it onto my card base and also adhered a strip of gold glitter paper on top of it.

Finally I stamped the sentiment from Altenew with Versamark en heat set it with gold embossing powder.

Less Is More #432 - Blue & Silver or Red & Gold

Happy Saturday!

For this card I first used the Holly & Pine Frame from SSS to die cut this frame out of silver glitter paper.
I die cut it twice and layered it to create some dimension.

As a background for this frame I colored some strips of cardstock in 3 different shades of blue and adhered them to the card base.

Finally I stamped the sentiment from The Greetery with Versamark, heat set this with silver embossing powder and adhered it with foam tape to create  dimension.

Season's Greetings

Hi friends!

Recently I saw two things which caught my eye, one was a sketch and the other was a colour combination so I thought I would try to combine them.

I first stamped the stripes from SSS with Antique Gold Altenew ink.
Then I stamped the leaves from the Holiday Bow from Altenew.
Next I stamped the poinsettia from the same set from Altenew, cut it out by hand and adhered it with foam tape to create some dimension.

The sentiment is from the Happy Holidays stamp set also from Altenew and is stamped with Versafine Onyx Black.

Rachel Vass Designs - Bountiful Blooms

Hi all!

Rachel Vass Designs has a new release and here I want to show you a card I made with the Bountiful Blooms
.

Rachel Vass Designs - Bountiful Blooms

I printed the digital stamp on watercolor paper and didn't choose to color the flowers but the space between the flowers. I used 2 Zig markers to create a gradient look.

Then I die cut the 'wishing' sentiment from SSS 3 times out of black cardstock and stacked it to create dimension.
The second part of the sentiment is also from SSS and is stamped with Versamark en heat set with white embossing powder.
Here I used foam tape to create dimension.

Do hop over to Rachel's page and find out more about her shop.

Missees By Karin Joan - Andrea

Hi all!

Personality does this Missee have plenty.
Her glass is always half full instead of empty.
Just because she was born this way,
she does not need a reason to say:
"Hey, I think you are very sweet!
My name is Andrea, finaly we meet"

For this Missee I first stamped the head and body from Melanie, which is the base set. I then stamped the eyes, mouth, glasses and accessories from Miranda.
Next I colored her with Copic markers.

I then partially cut her head out. I added some washi tape (WASHIKJ04) and stamped the sentiment from STAMPKJ10 with Versafine Onyx Black.

Next I adhered a piece of patterned paper from the Mixed Paper pad and added the Missee on top with foam tape.
