Happy Saturday!
Today I made a wedding anniversary card for a couple that is married for 50 years! Since it's their golden wedding anniversary I wanted to add some golden elements to the card.
I was inspired by a video from Jennifer McGuire where she used Perfect Pearls for pearlized stamp layering so I used the same technique on Altenew's Rose.
For the background I used Altenews Classy stripes stencil and Altenew's Enchanted Gold ink. This gives a beautiful metallic shine to the background.
For the numbers I used my Silhouette Cameo and heat set them with golden embossing powder. The sentiment is from Carlijn Design and is also heat set with the same golden embossing powder.
I want to share my card at:
- The Flower Challenge #35 - Use your favorite flower
