Karin Joan Missees Pets

Hi crafty friends!

I made this card based on a card I recently saw on Pinterest.

I first stamped the cute pet with Memento Tuxedo Black and cut it out by hand.
I did the same with the hat from Lawn Fawn and colored them with Copic markers.

For the window frame I used a design paper from Karin Joan Ice Cream Pop and added a piece of gold glitter cardstock at the back of it.
Then I used a circle die from Penny Black, adhered this on the inside of the frame and added the pet with foam tape to create some dimension.

I used another piece of cardstock from the same paper pad from Karin Joan and added this to the card base.
I glued the window frame to the card and stamped the sentiment from CZ Design with Versamark and heat set this with gold embossing powder.

This card features the new Missees Pets collection from Karin Joan.

For the knight I used the head and body from Benny Bear and the accessories from the Heroes Pack.

For the superman I used the body from Kitty Cat and head from Donny Dog.

Karin Joan Missees Pets - You are in my heart

This card features the new Missees Pets collection from Karin Joan.
It's so much fun to play with and the combinations are endless.

For my card I first started with the background.
I used colored paper from the Ice Cream Pop Paper Pad and stamped the small patterns from Funny Bunny and Kitty Cat with Versamark en heat set them with different embossing powders. The upper left piece is a patterned paper from the Summer Time Paper Pad.

Next I die cut the cute critters and their clothes.

I adhered them on top with foam tape to create some dimension.
The sentiment is from Benny Bear and is heat set with White embossing powder.

Missees Pets By Karin Joan - Happy Birthday

Hi all!

Karin Joan has a new release available featuring the Missees Pets!
They are so cute and adorable!

For my card I first die cut the balloons from the Funny Bunny set several times. I used several colors from the Ice Cream Pop Paper Pad.
I adhered these balloons to the card base with foam tape to create some dimension and cut off the excess.

Next I die cut the bunny from the same set using the same Paper Pad and stamped the face with Memento Tuxedo Black.

I used a small piece of thread to get this bunny hold the balloon.

The sentiment is also from the same set and is stamped with Versamark en heat set with white embossing powder.

Missees By Karin Joan - Little girl with great big plans

Hi crafty friends!

For this card I used several colored papers from the Blissful Paper Pad (PPKJ04) and used the Slimline Nature Borders dies from Sunny Studio Stamps.

I adhered them together with foam squares to create dimension and at the bottom I used liquid glue to adhere this piece to the card base. This way the card is not too thick.

I then used a Missee and sentiment from the Paper Elements (A5STANSBLOKKJ03) and only used foam squares at the top of it to adhere it to my card.

Missees by Karin Joan - Happy Birthday

Hi all!

For this card I first stamped the cute critters from STAMPKJ14.
I colored them with Copic markers and cut them out by hand.

For the background of my card I used a patterned paper from Catherine Pooler.
I added a banner on top which I made by using a piece of patterned paper from PPKJ03.

I die cut a circle with a Penny Black die and stamped the 'happy' sentiment from
STAMPKJ15 with Versafine Onyx Black.
I stamped the 'birthday' sentiment with Versamark on a small strip of black cardstock and heat set this with white embossing powder.
I adhered the circle die with foam tape to create some dimension. I also used foam tape for the critters and 'birthday' sentiment.

Missees By Karin Joan - Birthday Wishes

Hi all!

For this card I wanted to stamp 3 Missees next to each other so I first made a mask by stamping 1 Missee (STAMPKJ15) and cut it out by hand.

I then stamped the Missee in the middle onto a piece of cardstock and added the mask on top of it. Then I stamped the right and the left Missee so the lines of their body are only stamped on the mask.

Then I removed the mask and colored the Missees with Copic markers.
The sentiment is from the same set and is stamped with Versafine Onyx Black.

Next I used a stitched rectangle die to cut out this front piece.

I adhered a stroke of patterned paper (MPPKJ01) onto the card base and then added the front panel with foam tape to create some dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Hugs

Hello crafty friends!

I'm popping in today to share a card I made using the Hugs digital stamp, one of the new releases from Rachel Vass Designs.
The rabbits are very cute but I chose the kangaroos because we have some wallabies in our backyard and I love them :-)

I used the print and cut function in my Silhouette Studio and colored the kangaroos with Copic markers.

I also printed the sentiment on a piece of cardstock and used a stitched rectangle die to cut it out.
I blended some Peechy Keen Lawn Fawn ink and matted this panel onto a piece of white cardstock.

Finally I stamped the Quilted Hearts Background with Manatee Lawn Fawn ink and adhered the front panel and the kangaroos with foam tape to create some dimension.

Hi all!

For this card I started by die cutting the head and body by using the Primarina set (BASICSDCKJ06) and paper from MPPKJ01. I also stamped the eyes, nose and mouth with Versafine Onyx Black.
I also die cut the hair and hair accessory using the same set.
The hair as wel as the clothes are from MPPKJ01.
I assembled this Missee and adhered everything together.

Then I adhered the donut patterned paper from PPKJ03 to the card base and used foam tape to adhere the Missee on top of it.

The sentiment is from a vellum paper from MPPKJ01. I adhered it to a piece of pink cardstock from the same paper pad by adding some glue behind the golden dots. Then I used a yellow paper clip to add it to the card base.

Missees By Karin Joan - Hello

Hi all!

For this card I first die cut the head and body from BASICSDCKJ06. I then stamped the eyes, nose and mouth from the same set with Versafine Onyx Black.
Next I die cut the hair from black cardstock.
Her clothes were die cut from the yellow dots paper from PPKJ03.

 

 

I wanted to create a frame around this Missee so I cut out this frame from white cardstock. I adhered the vellum (from MPPKJ01) at the back of it with liquid glue.
I then adhered this to my card base and added the Primarina on top of it.

The sentiment is die cut from black cardstock and is from the same set (BASICSDCKJ06).
