Rachel Vass Designs released 2 beautiful floral images this month and today I want to show you the first card I made featuring the Be Bold digi stamp set.

I just printed the image on a piece of cardstock and colored it with Copic markers.
The sentiment is from SSS.

Rachel Vass Designs - Happy Hydrangea

Hi crafty friends!

Today I'm sharing a card featuring an older design from Rachel Vass Designs called 'Happy Hydrangea'.

For this card I used my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut the flower as well as the sentiment. I colored the flower with Copic markers.

Then I used the Wonky Squares die to die cut the background and colored it with a light gray Copic marker.
I adhered it to the card base and adhered the flower on top with foam tape to create some dimension.

AAA Birthday Challenge #28 - Photo Inspiration

Hi crafty friends!

We just started a new challenge over at AAA Birthday. It's a photo inspiration challenge sponsored by Varada Sharma and you can win $10 digi stamps so come join us and play along.

For my card I used Varada's A Corner in my garden set, used the print and cut function in my Silhouette Studio and colored these flowers with Copic markers.

I then printed the sentiment, which is also from Varada Sharma, on a piece of cardstock and matted this onto a piece of light blue cardstock.

On my card base I used a 3D embossing folder from We R Memory Keepers and adhered everything with foam tape to create some dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Tumbling Leaves

Happy Friday!

My today's post features 2 cards I made with the Tumbling Leaves set from Rachel Vass Designs.

For the first card I colored the bottom part with Copic markers and used the Sizzix Tim Holtz 3D Botanical embossing folder for the top part. I also used my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut one flower from this set.
The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

My second card is a CAS card.
I colored the top part with Copic markers and printed the sentiment from this Tumbling Leaves set on the bottom part.
I also added a pink glitter strip to add some sparkle.

Today I want to share with you a card featuring the Silky Camellia digital stamp from Rachel Vass Designs.

For this card I used the print and cut function in my Silhouette Cameo for the digital image and colored it with Copic markers.

I printed the sentiment from the same set onto the card base and used the Diagonal Stripes stencil from Pinkfresh Studio to blend Dried Marigold Distress Oxide ink.

Finally I used foam tape to adhere the floral image to create some dimension.

AAA Birthday Challenge #27 - Use An Embossing Folder

Good morning!

It's the first Monday of the month so time for a new challenge at AAA Birthday Challenge. This time we challenge you to create a birthday card by using an embossing folder.

For my card I started by using a brayer to apply 3 colors of Distress ink onto my embossing folder from SSS. I ran it through my die cut machine and adhered it to the card base.

For the big sentiment I used the Scripty Happy Birthday die from SSS.

Finally I added some golden pearls to finish the card.
