Happy Monday!

Today I'm sharing a card featuring one of my favorite stamp sets from Wplus9.

I stamped the flowers with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored them with Copic markers.

Next I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black and adhered it to the card base with foam tape to create some dimension.

It's been a while since I made a card for a card challenge but today I had some spare time and made this CAS card.

I first used purple tape to make a mask for the background. I stamped 3 different Altenew ink cube colors in a pattern.

Next I die cut the 3 leaves from Simply Graphic and adhered them to the card.

Finally I die cut the sentiment from SSS and adhered it with foam tape to create some dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Summer Fruit Background

Hi crafty friends!

Another digital stamp from Rachel Vass Designs is available today in her Etsy shop! It's called Summer Fruit Background!

I printed the image on a piece of cardstock and colored it with Copic markers.
Then I added a fine black border on top of it and adhered the card front to the card base.

Rachel Vass Designs - Coffee Break Time

Yesterday was release day at Rachel Vass Designs. She released the new Coffee Break Time digital stamp.
As I'm not a coffee drinker this one was a little harder for me to make.

I used the A4 printable sheet which is included in the set, added the sentiment and printed it out.
I colored it with Copic markers and used a stitched rectangle die to cut it out.
Finally I adhered it to the card base.

Rachel Vass Designs - Magnolia Slimline

Happy Wednesday!

Rachel just released a slimline version of her Magnolia stamp set! As slimline cards seem to be very popular these days I think it's a good idea of Rachel to create a slimline version!

I first colored the image with Copic markers. Next I added the sentiment which is from SSS.

I then added some green paint splatters with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide ink and some water. I also added some sequins.
Finally I added the card to the card base.

Rachel Vass Designs - Magnolia Background

Happy Saturday,

Today is release day for Rachel Vass and this time she released the Magnolia Background digital stamp.

I printed the background onto watercolor paper and colored it with Zig markers.

I mounted the background on a piece of green cardstock and adhered this to the card base.

The sentiment is from Altenew and is stamped with Mowed Lawn Distress ink. I adhered it with foam tape to create some dimension.

Rachel Vass Designs - Summer Border Slimline

Hi crafty friends,

Today Rachel Vass released a new digital stamp called Summer Border Slimline.

I printed the image onto watercolor paper and used the Cherry Lowercase dies from Create A Smile to cut out the word 'Happy'.

I then added Nuvo Shimmer Powders and spritzed it with water. With the help of a small brush I moved the colors. I also colored the inside of the letters with the same Shimmer Powders.

When all was dry I did the inlay technique and added the letters to the card. I love the shimmery effect although it's not clear in the pictures.

The birthday sentiment is also from Create A Smile and is stacked 3 times for dimension.

AAA Birthday Challenge #16 - Tac Tac Toe

Good morning AAA Birthday fans! We started a new challenge today and this time it's a Tic Tac Toe Challenge. We would love for you to take some inspiration from the challenge board below, using three elements in a row of your choice. Whatever row inspires you is what we challenge you to create!

For my card I combined embossing - washi - window.

I first used the Woven Embossing Folder and ran it through my Big Shot. Then I used a rectangle die to create the window.

Next I taped down some washi tape from Karin Joan, stamped the butterfly from Uniko and used the coordinating die to cut it out.

I adhered the embossed paper with foam tape to the card base for dimension and did the same with the butterfly.

Finally I stamped the sentiment from Mama Elephant with Altenew Obsidian Black ink.
