Hi friends!
Recently I saw two things which caught my eye, one was a sketch and the other was a colour combination so I thought I would try to combine them.
I first stamped the stripes from SSS with Antique Gold Altenew ink.
Then I stamped the leaves from the Holiday Bow from Altenew.
Next I stamped the poinsettia from the same set from Altenew, cut it out by hand and adhered it with foam tape to create some dimension.
The sentiment is from the Happy Holidays stamp set also from Altenew and is stamped with Versafine Onyx Black.
I want to share my card at:
- The Paper Players challenge #516
- CAS Colours & Sketches #396
Supplies
- Altenew - Holiday Bow
- Altenew - Happy Holidays
- SSS - Basic Stripes
- Altenew ink:
- Ruby Red
- Grapevine
- Shadow Creek
- Antique Gold pigment ink
- Versafine Onyx Black
- Foam tape
Beautiful card. Love the poinsettia over the stripes. TFS
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! Well done combining the different challenges - but that is the best way to create in my opinion. A couple of givens and take it away! Simply, beautifully, elegant! Thanks so much for joining us this week at CC&S
